In the Land of the Christmas Stars

The Land of the Christmas Stars is one of the seven Christmas Lands created by Alsace's Regional Tourism Committee in 1997 within the context of the "Christmas in Alsace" promotional policy (in effect since 1991) for a more even distribution of tourist flow throughout Alsace. The Land of the Stars is made up of nine Tourist Offices that work together to set up, develop and promote high-quality Christmas activities.

Under thousands of lights and a multitude of decorations you will discover the charm of these towns as well as the great Christmas Markets of Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr.

The Riquewihr Christmas Market is open from December 3rd to 18th December 2005. The Medieval Christmas Market in Ribeauvillé is open on the December 10th-11th and December 17th-18th weekends.
